A BETTER PEACE welcomes Ann Meredith to discuss her experience as a female officer in the U.S. Army. She joins WAR ROOM podcast editor Ron Granieri in the virtual studio to discuss what her career has looked like as a woman, a mother and a wife in the Military Police corps. Ann recounts long separations, supportive units, honest mentors and the biases and discriminations that many women must overcome in any branch of the military.
I am always underestimated when I walk into a room immediately that never changes…when I speak I have to be right.

Absolutely LOVE this episode! Love Ann Meredith’s authenticity. Especially appreciated hearing her unending calculous about staying in the Army. Been through that soooo many times. Already shared this invaluable discussion with my daughter at West Point.
Why was Col. Ann Meredith abruptly relieved of her command? Col. Meredith is a veteran of several Mideast conflicts where she has served with distinction. Given deteriorating morale, political madness, what is the reason for her dismissal? Her husband was also relieved of his full duties. Why?
