Jessicah Garrett-Somssich

Jessicah Garrett-Somssich is a lieutenant colonel and a Chemical and Logistics officer in the Kentucky Army National Guard and a member of the Strategic Landpower in the 21st Century Integrated Research Project. She is a graduate of the AY23 Resident Course at the U.S. Army War College.
